The Monroe Apartments
This project was facilitated by Geis Construction, and I was brought on the team to create branding for the new apartments.
I took inspiration from traditional hand-painted Italian signs and added a modern twist.
The Monroe Apartments, located at 1862 East 123rd Street, is a newly constructed apartment building that CWRU will be using for undergraduate housing through 2023-24 academic year.
